It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Gangotri Devi Mahila Post Graduate College, an institution dedicated to empowering women through knowledge, values and opportunity.
Since its establishment in 1991, the College has remained firmly committed to the ideals of academic excellence, equality, discipline and women’s empowerment.
